Health Coach Dottie

Health Coach Dottie is a passionate Health Coach/Advocate and effervescent, inspiring motivational speaker. Her mission is to help others create a better life, by living healthier lifestyles.

As a Health Coach, she uses her life experiences to provide tools of habit changes and life transformation.  This allows her to transform any willing participant, to choose a healthier lifestyle. Health Coach Dottie believes “Health is more than the absence of a disease! Mentally, Physically, Emotionally, and Spiritually... Health is Wealth!!!!

Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. Milwaukee Chapter awarded Dorothy and Honoree Award in 2002 recognizing women on the move: Past, Present, and Future.

In 2012, she was awarded Teacher of the Year 2012 her first year at Carter’s Christian Academy where she taught kindergarten for several years. WBNC, SBA, DBE, and WOSB Certified. Former Foster Care Social Worker, Former Head Start Health Advocate, Former State Health Navigator, and Former Community Engagement Management for Fortune 500 Health Insurance Company. Currently a Health Coach/Advocate with over 25yrs of experience. A Health Consultant, Founder and CEO of Saving Ourselves, LLC. SOS Safe House for Women, Saving Ourselves Community Garden, and President and Executive of Saving Ourselves Charitable Corporation 501c3. Radio Host SOS Let's Talk Health, weekly radio show.

Dr. Reshunda Stephens, Vice President, Saving Ourselves Charitable Foundation. Dr. ReShunda Stephens has served in various educational capacities, including as a special education teacher, a reading teacher and an elementary school teacher in the Milwaukee Public School District. She has a Doctorate of Educational Leadership from National-Louis University.  “Schools and classrooms should be safe, desirable places for children to have the simple benefit of focusing on nothing more than learning, being curious and challenged by the subject matter.” She is a Shorewood graduate and a district parent.

Cynthia Dixon, Treasurer & Secretary, Saving Ourselves Charitable Foundation. Cynthia is a real estate broker and part-owner of Empowerment Realty Group.    She is also co-founder and president of JC Development where she oversees the acquisition and development of commercial and residential properties.  In addition, she provides training to individuals and groups interested in real estate investing as a wealth-building tool.
